Fix Glary Utilities auto update
I tried to turn off "check for updates automatically" but "Disable check for automatic updates" screen does nothing. It appears in double - side by side and nothing can be clicked on.
Windows 8.

Any thoughts of disabling the check for updates automatically feature?

Too many updates. Release a stable release and make updates optional.

Yes, Glary utils is a good program, but I don't want it updating my programs, it's sources could be suspect, I update using the app/programs home website, not puma, softonic, etc. they get paid to sneak load pups and crappy apps and possibly viruses. Please Glary don't try to be so useful.
I believe I got windows 'apploader.exe' malware on an update from Glary. (but I can't be sure). Damn nuisance, had to reinstall whole system from scratch. -

Put back the option to check for (or not) software updates in the free version.

This is a good program but if they do not Stop this "you must take this feature of filepuma or not allow me to stop it" I will drop like a hot rock.

Very annoying in an otherwise very good program in it's free version. Please allow us to disable that window which continually pops up when the screen is refreshed.

On the contrary. What I want is the programme to update automatically without calling my attention, but the AUTOMATIC update does not work. PRO version still asks for my attention to update. That is absurd, because once I decide to purchase a programme is by trusting it, it would be contradictory to turn the updates off and it is bothering to be asked constantly to upgrade. I prefer it does automatically (as the programme offers) but does not do it. Win8.1
