    Double Check 32/64 bit Applications. Your program is good, but one time it installed the wrong bit program and caused many problems that I had to fix.

  4. I'm very often told I have a new update available when it's the same version I already have.

    Verify that the version number installed is numerically smaller than the version number available.

    when I agree to the license agreement it does not go ant further. I tried a few times but tr is the same problem every time

    I have Up-dated to Glary Utilities 5.20.0.35
    Glarysoft Ltd - 14.3MB (Freeware) a day or more ago, BUT STILL GET TOLD TO UPDATE TO THIS LATEST VERSION.

  7. you show an upgrade to Spotify, but that is incorrect

    I'm already running Spotify 1.0.2.6.g9977a14b (Help/About in Spotify), but you recommend I "upgrade" to version 0.9.15.27, and say my installed version is 0.9.6.81. Control Panel / Programs shows Spotify at 0.9.6.81.

    Confused.

  9. increase your color more strongly so as to be able to read it easier.

    Very loght blue is not easy to read. If the color were more intenseit would eb easierto read.

    Your program keep's reminding me to pay lots of money for a newer version of some software. I certainly don't intend to. You ought to have an "ignore button"

    I recently was prompted to update a DAP software from version 10.05.6 to version 10.05.7 Well, I downloaded it from your site and tried to install it and just kept on and on trying to install but would not complete. Well I decided to contact DAP to see what was wrong when I checked the software to see who to write to I decided to double check the version I had. Well I already had 10.05.7! the latest version!
