  2. Revise a bit of your copy

    Very small point, but: on your ad screen you say that Glary Utilities has a "totally simplistic interface." You want to say either "simple" or "intuitive" or "straightforward," or "user-friendly." "Simplistic" means crudely reductive, as in: "His suggestion that poverty could be reduced by preaching sermons about hard work was rather simplisitic.

  3. Turn Off!

    Could you please add a prominant 'Off' button to this very annoying Update Notification Service. I don't want it. I don't need this level of nannying. Stop thinking you know what's best and 'necessery'
    This really spoils what is otherwise a good product

  6. Fix Glary Utilities auto update

    I tried to turn off "check for updates automatically" but "Disable check for automatic updates" screen does nothing. It appears in double - side by side and nothing can be clicked on.
    Windows 8.

  8. Yes, exclude trial versions

    May I add my annoyance to the other complaints, as I frequently get update notifications, only to find that they are for trial versions of programs for which I have paid and are working fine. I do not want to purchase the update. The first time it wasted a lot of my time, but now I look out for it, but we get enough 'update' notifications without this one. Thanks, hopefully.

  11. Add the ability to set a program that I never want to update

    For example I have a software that contains some plugins, and they leave if I make an automatic update.
    Of course, in that case, when I want an upgrade, I do it manually.
    Would like that cause I hate when pop-up display only for these ones, that I just never want to update. Best Regards. Mathias :)

    when your list of updates keeps popping up it is very irritating. I would like to be able to switch off or remove from your list any that I don't want to update. I would also like to stop the update reminder pop up.

  14. check for updates more carefully on deprecated software

    Wednesday afternoon
    Dear Glary Utilities:

    Yes, I know my version of Chrome is out of date. I'm running version 49.0.2623.112 m. But you don't seem to know I'm running it on Windows XP, Service Pack 3. Google says explicitly "This computer will no longer receive Google Chrome updates because Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported" and provides this link:

    https://chrome.googleblog.com/2015/11/updates-to-chrome-platform-support.html.

    The Glary software says "the only information collected is a list of programs and their versions, along with the operating system details to help with processing."

    But you haven't put two and two together. You could…

  17. Redundant Notifications for updates to the same latest version is ridiculous and annoying*

    Everytime I turn on my computer, Glary's Utilities notifies me that I have a software update from IObit Uninstaller; yet, the update version is that the notification avails me to is ALWAYS the same latest version which I previously downloaded?! Fix It!! Please? (^_^)

  18. I'm very often told I have a new update available when it's the same version I already have.

    Verify that the version number installed is numerically smaller than the version number available.

  20. filepuma still shows updates that have been installed plus

    plus the update shown is for a 32 bit version and not the 64 bit version.
    I can not find an option to correct. Please fix soon. thanks.
