2. Just a simple yet Important Feedback Please!

   Dear Support and Product Team,

   First of all Greetings, and a Belated Happy and Prosperous New Year 2022.

   You have a super program here and I have been using it for so many years, and you are growing from strength to strength.

   I had a simple feedback which may help you as well as the Customer in a basic way but also add value to the experience.

   As you have in your system the Program automatically detects any updates that are required on the PC / Operating System it is installed on and you have a small pop up that comes up whenever there in an update needed for that PC.

   I had this in mind but never thought of sending a feedback. Maybe you may appreciate it or like it or you may not but I found it as a constructive feedback that may help customer experience and also help you.

   I am working on a Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit Operating System with an AMD Processor. When your updates pop up they stay there and come back the next day or whenever we restart the system after downloading and installing the updates if required. Those that were not required to update still come up in the next days pop up.

   Let me give you and example: Today I have an update for Skype, and Team viewer 32 Bit. I download and update the Skype update as it is required by me but as my system is a 64 Bit Operating system, I don't need to update the Team viewer 32 Bit update. Same happens with many other programs that have both 32 Bit and 64 Bit Updates. So when I finish downloading the Skype Update today and restart my PC it is evident that the update pop up keeps reminding me that I still have the Team viewer 32 Bit update pending to download.

   I am not an expert in this (Though having done a Diploma in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis), but I felt that could it not be possible for your system to follow the entry path where it reads the Operating system in that whether it is a 32 Bit or 64 Bit Operating system and correspondingly display the required updates?

   I may be wrong but that could not only help the customer in not having the same unwanted update popping up and also maybe at your back end it may even help in lesser tracking and displaying, even thought it is automated and not manually done.

   I hope I am able to make my point clear even though it does not make a very big difference to me while working and I could even disable the updates if needed or just shut the pop up.

   You are all doing a great service, so keep doing it. Looking forward to using your program always.

3. Have Updater Understand that NOT all updates are available for my computer.

   Your update program tells me that there's an update to the 32 - bit version of Python I have installed. I have 3.8.5 and the update is 3.9.7 which while being 32 - bit is Incompatible with my computer because I am running Windows 7 and the update REQUIRES at least Windows 8.1. your updater need to be made more aware of this because the installer was smart enough to do it, so it should be easy to rectify on your side.

4. Missing download link for updating Malware Hunter

   Update file link appears to be missing on Filepuma for Malware Hunter.
   I already reported to support, but wondered if I should post it here, for others. Here is a duplicate of what I reported:

   The software update webpage appears to be missing the automatic update download link for Malware Hunter:\

   When I run Glary Utilities' tool for 'Software Update' it correctly opens results, showing new updates for Glary Utilities and Malware Hunter.
   However, only Glary Utilities automatically downloads.

   Malware Hunter neither downloads automatically, nor do any of the manual links for Malware Hunter work, in the lists for suggested apps.

   I think the server is lacking the redirect to the Malware Hunter latest download page...

7. waterfox update bug

   Hello

   I've installed the latest version of waterfox on my computer...
   nevertheless Glary utilities erroneously reports me the presence of an update
   proposes to me to download the "classic" version of waterfox, which is a browser version with more compatibility for older operating systems.

13. Fix Your Checkout Coding

    I tried numerous times to checkout using different cards, Debit , Credit and Discover and got a Transaction Declined 8 different times. I was a programmer a long time ago and there is no reason for this. I was also offered the 3 program cart for $2.99 but when I finally got through the Checkout all I got offered was the 3 programs for $8.00. So id like to get my $5.01 difference back and you guys need to fix your program because I can only imagine how much money you're losing all day long.

14. Change the download page that dishonestly says that "Your Program is Now Downloading."

    Instead tell people the truth. How about saying, "A separate window will open and ask you if you want to save the file. Click "Save File" and the file will be downloaded and saved to your computer. After it has been saved to your computer, please click on the file to open and then install on your computer."

    I think we need something from you that deletes old updates still trapped in various folders, YOU choose a place for a folder named "Glary Util", when the download is going we see a green indicator until it's done and then a wizard comes up to finish the work and there is no question for us that the job is complete. It says, "Job completed" and we push the FINISHED button. AND TO BE REALLY REVOLUTIONARY....get all the confusing advertising out of the way and we know we're dealing with YOUR Glary Utilities, nothing else, and the job goes in and is done. THEN AFTER THAT you can show a catalogue of other useful items and perhaps we'll download, try and by something.

    POST the systems the update applies to when suggesting updates.
    ALSO make available the last UPDATE for any APP that will WORK
    in OLDER SYSTEMS such as 2000, XP, or VISTA...
